Staying here was a delight as it's just a short walk to both the Spire and Dublin City Gallery. The breakfast served each morning was fast and delicious, a perfect start for a day of exploring.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were clean, unbeatable and lovely location right by nightlife and other attractions and the City Center of Dublin and Ireland and the friendly, welcoming people. Tbh, had a really nice stay in winter time.

This so-called 'hotel' was a disaster! I couldn't believe the awful hot water pressure. The wifi was maddeningly slow. I expected a complimentary welcome gift-since i'm obviously very special-but nothing. They should at least offer some form of extra pampering to ensure guests feel valued, not just another number!

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, Breakfast was very good and well presented. The rooms were adequate and clean with fresh towels daily.
There was no kettle and tea making facilities in the rooms which would have just made the room perfect. Appart from that and the unconsideration of some guests coming in after midnight and making such noise, all was well

I stayed in a double room for 3 nights, and honestly, it was spotlessly clean every day! Fresh linen and towels were always a highlight. The only thing was that you could hear a bit from adjacent rooms, which might be bothersome if you prefer silence. The bathroom was also well-maintained, and having coffee delivered to my room was a sweet surprise. It was a cozy spot to relax after exploring Dublin.

Relatively budget friendly staff was friendly and helpful.
This somehow had a 4 star rating by Booked.net. No way did it live up to this rating. The food was mediocre to poor.

The shower was enjoyable, but the room had thin walls for privacy.

The breakfast served here is a standout, with plenty of options that hits the spot and can be tailored to how you want it. This place is immaculate, with rooms that, despite being small and somewhat basic, are kept clean and tidy throughout your stay.
This is an older building, so it comes with steep stairs, which might be a hassle for anyone with mobility issues. Noise levels can be a problem as well. You might feel like you can hear every step and word from guests in adjacent rooms, which could lead to some restless nights. The shower experience might vary too. In some rooms, the shower head is positioned at an odd angle that directs water down the door rather than on you-certainly an inconvenience. And let's not ignore the absence of air-conditioning. While cool evenings were manageable, it would be a challenge if the temperatures rise.

The staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel was very clean & the breakfast was delicious!
There was a lot of noise on the street outside the hotel from local youths. This noise did not stop until midnight! Double glazing/sound proofing the windows would be a good idea.
